Q. Can I put up a Fence?
A. Fences are allowed in Rose Creek but they must first be approved by the ARB Committee. Please refer to our Covenants and Building guidelines for details.
Q. Can I install a swimming pool?
A. Yes, detailed plans must be submitted first with a site plan to the ARB Committee for approval.
A $2500.00 fully refundable deposit must be submitted by pool contractor to ensure the pool will be completed to guidelines.
Q. Are the covenants legally binding?
A. Yes they are. The covenants are recorded in the Oklahoma County records and are legally binding. This means that when you purchased a lot or a home in Rose Creek, you became a member of the Association and are bound by its covenants.
Q. Can I park in the street?
A. No overnight parking in the street is permitted in Rose Creek. Also, no overnight parking in the Villa visitor islands. Those areas are designated specifically for daytime visitors.
Q. Is there a neighborhood directory?
A. Yes, the guard gate has a supply of current year directories. If you would like to be included in the directory please contact Tamra Buchanan at email@example.com. The listings in the directory are submitted by those residents that choose to be included.
Q. Can I own an RV, Boat, or other toy?
A. You can absolutely own an RV, Boat, or other toy. Those recreational vehicles cannot be parked in the neighborhood or your driveway overnight. If you have an emergency where you must park it there overnight please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. What is the current dues amount?
A. Currently the annual operating dues are $1743.87 per property. Your club dues are not part of the POA, those are payable to Tour 18, a separate entity from Rose Creek POA.
